  I had a terrible experience returning equipment here. I was told to drop off a very large jumping castle by 1400, and after arriving at 1200 I was told that I would have to wait for an hour to be assisted. I was told to leave the complex because I was not supposed to be there (fair enough, they open at 1300), but instead of assisting me with removing the large jumping castle from my trunk since I was already there, one of the employees insisted that I drive a ways away to wait for assistance. I, as a result, drove around post with my vision obstructed until I could return the equipment. The customer service here is awful for this to be a business meant to serve the men and women of the armed forces. I sincerely hope that they better their communication and customer service skills. This experience was horrendous and incredibly dangerous.
